Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your okVibe account and all associated data, you can use one of the methods below.

Important Warning
When you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted:
- Emergency contacts
- Check-in history
- Messages
- Health and activity data
- Safe zones
- All settings
This action cannot be undone!

Account Deletion Methods
⭐ Recommended
Method 1: In-App
- Open the okVibe app
- Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Read the confirmation message and select "Yes, Delete"
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
✉️ Email
Method 2: Email Request
If you don't have access to the app, you can request account deletion via email:
- Send an email from your registered address to app@icitech.com.tr
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include in your message:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Statement: "I want to delete my account and all my data"
- Your request will be processed within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account is deleted

Deletion Process
After your account deletion request is confirmed:

Immediately: Your account will be disabled and you won't be able to log in

Within 30 days: All your data will be permanently deleted from our systems

Backups: Data will also be removed from backup systems within 90 days

Alternative: Temporarily Disable Account
If you want to temporarily disable your account instead of permanently deleting it:
- Log out of the app
- Uninstall the app from your device
- Your data will be preserved and you can return anytime
