These Subscription Terms govern your purchase of okVibe Premium, operated by ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. They form part of our Nutzungsbedingungen. In conflict, these Subscription Terms prevail on subscription matters.
1. Abonnementpläne
Free Plan
Core okVibe features — daily check-in, trusted contact alerts, quiet reminders — are available at no charge.
okVibe Premium
okVibe Premium unlocks the full feature set including extended check-in history, advanced scheduling, multiple trusted contacts, and additional customization options.

Pricing displayed in your local currency in the App Store or Google Play at purchase. okVibe Premium is a single-user subscription and may not be shared.
2. Kostenlose Testphase
Eligibility
- New subscribers only — not previously held a Premium subscription on the same Apple ID or Google account
- One free trial per person
- Creating multiple accounts to access additional trials is prohibited
How it works
- Trial length clearly stated before activation
- Payment method required via App Store / Google Play
- Not charged during the trial
- Automatically converts to paid at trial end unless cancelled beforehand
How to cancel before being charged

Deleting the app, logging out, or contacting us does not cancel a trial.
3. Billing and Payment
- All billing handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android)
- We never receive or store your card details
- Billed on date of original purchase or trial conversion
- Renewals billed on the same date each month or year
- Taxes determined and collected by Apple or Google
4. Auto-Renewal
okVibe Premium renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- Monthly: renews every 1 month
- Annual: renews every 12 months
Renewal charge applied within 24 hours before period end.
5. Price Changes
We notify you in advance via in-app notice or App Store/Google Play notification. New price takes effect at your next renewal. Cancel before renewal if you do not agree.

Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. Premium access continues until then.
7. Refunds
All refund requests go to Apple or Google:

EEA/UK consumers have additional statutory rights — see Section 16.
8. What Happens After Cancellation

Your check-in history and trusted contact configuration are preserved.
9. Account Deletion vs. Subscription Cancellation
These are two separate actions.

Always cancel your subscription before deleting your account, or billing may continue.
10. Subscription Management via RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status in-app. RevenueCat receives only a pseudonymous customer ID and subscription status — not your check-in data, trusted contact data, location, or payment details. Privacy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
11. Platform-Specific Terms
Apple App Store (iOS)
- Agreement is between you and ICI Tech Teknoloji A.Ş. — not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to maintain, support, or provide refunds beyond what law requires
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
Google Play (Android)
Google Play is not a party to these Subscription Terms.
12. Promotional Offers
- Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period
- After promotion, renews at standard rate
- Discount codes are single-use and non-transferable
- Abuse of promotions (e.g. multiple accounts) is prohibited
13. Subscription Transfers and Sharing
okVibe Premium is a personal, individual subscription. Sharing credentials or sublicensing access is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.
14. Service Availability
- Internet connection required for check-in alert delivery
- Wir garantieren keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit
- Temporary unavailability does not entitle you to a refund
15. Changes to Plans or Features
We may modify plans or features. For material reductions to paid plan features, we will notify you in advance with the option to cancel without penalty.
16. Verbraucherrechte — EWR und Vereinigtes Königreich
Für Verbraucher im EWR oder Vereinigten Königreich gilt Folgendes vorrangig. Nach §§ 312g, 355 BGB haben Sie grundsätzlich 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht. Mit Beginn des Abonnements oder der Testphase verlangen Sie ausdrücklich die sofortige Leistung. Widerruf (soweit anwendbar): app@icitech.com.tr innerhalb von 14 Tagen.
17. Anwendbares Recht
Governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, including Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502. EEA/UK consumers also retain applicable mandatory local protections per Section 16.
